SMS / Text Messaging Program

When you provide your mobile phone number and check the consent box on our booking form or in our chat, you agree to receive SMS text messages from McFly Plumbing related to your service request. This is a transactional and customer-care messaging program.

• Program description: McFly Plumbing sends text messages about appointment scheduling and confirmations, dispatch and arrival updates, service follow-ups, and responses to customer support questions.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the status of your service request.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. McFly Plumbing does not charge a fee for the messages themselves.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting In

You opt in to the messaging program by submitting your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our booking form or in our chat. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We keep a record of the date and time you provided consent.

Opting Out and Help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will not send you any further texts unless you opt in again.
